WOW, I did it, I created my own blog, I will have you know I am not computer savvy so this is a big deal! So why the KookyMommy, well if you are a mom I don't really have to explain to you do I? We all as people have times when we feel Kooky, but when you are a mother I think those times are multiplied by 10! Kooky is a synonym for CRAZY, which also has the following synonyms,
batty, bonkers, cracked, crazed, cuckoo, daft, delirious, demented, deranged, dippy, erratic, flaky, flipped, flipped out, freaked out, fruity, idiotic, insane, lunatic, mad, mad as a March hare, mad as a hatter, maniacal, mental, moonstruck, nuts, nutty, nutty as fruitcake, of unsound mind, out of one's mind, out to lunch, psycho, round the bend, schizo, screw loose, screwball, screwy, silly, unbalanced, unglued, unhinged, unzipped, and of course down right wacky!!!!!!! As a mother I am sure you have felt all of these things as have I!!! That is why I am starting this blog, I feel this way a lot, but as mothers we aren't always able to be honest with ourselves, our mates, family, friends or the checkout girl at Wal-mart(you know you have hit an all time mothering high when you freak out on the check out girl at Wal-mart because your item was on the sale rack and she is telling you it isn't on sale, its not her fault but by the time you get to the checkout you are already to the end of our rope because the kids acted like crazed lunatics the entire time you were in the store by hiding in the clothing racks, knocking an entire display down of tuna cans, pooping through two outfits so now the baby is naked, opening yourself up to MORE judgement by all the "BETTER" mothers as it is December and your baby is riding around in the cart naked,and now here you are yelling at the checkout lady in front of your children and the "BETTER" mothers because you just want one freakin thing to go right and get your item on sale!!!!!) As I said I am a Kooky mom, but I am hoping that there are more of you out there and I would love to be your sounding board as you are mine about all the KOOKY moments that motherhood brings!!!!!
